My Treatments

As a caregiver striving to bring more comfort and a calming presence to the situation, learning about energy healing was imperitive. 

In the mid-90's, I began to study energy-based healing modalities from breathing techniques, to Yoga, Qigong, Healing Touch and Reiki - all practices that focus on healing energy to balance my emotions and body to hold space in the presence of difficult situations, and to ease patient fear and anxiety during stressful situations. 


As soon as I began using these techniques on patients nearing the end of life, I noticed that I was able to connect with each person in the moment with a calming, focused and caring presence that allowed them to express their emotions with less resistance and greater acceptance of their suffering, dcreasing their anxiety, lessening their pain and making them feel safe.
